This is our History 1 week. This week we will be moving around the Bay Area taking daily field trips while using public transportation to navigate our way. The week will be comprised of the schedule below*. Day 1: Alcatraz Day 2: GG Bridge/SF Maritime Museum Day 3: Oakland Walking Tour/Oakland Museum of California Day 4: De Young Museum (may be substituted) Day 5: USS Hornet (Days may not be in the specific order above) We meet at Rockridge BART station every morning at 8 AM then travel the city to our destination or destinations. We return to Rockridge BART at 4PM for pickup or post camp day care. *Note: UAC will follow the schedule posted unless issues arise, in which case we will make any and all substitutions equal to the current schedule. 510-339-0676

2016 RVA Spring Break Trout Fishing Camp - Forest Hill Park
We have access to a great pond near Richmond that is stocked with trout during the colder months. We will head there to fish for stocked rainbows as well as bass and bluegill. We provide all the equipment. No experience needed. Boys and girls ages 7-15. Times 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Cost $75. 804-272-6362

Tanikas are entering grades 10-12, and live in cabin units in main camp. Tanika campers plan their camping activities with the facilitation of their counselor. Tanika activities build on the skills and interests that the campers have previously developed. These may include waterfront activities, archery, climbing wall, arts and crafts, outdoor cooking, and advanced team building exercises. Beginning knitters will learn how to cast on, knit, purl and sew their creations together. More advanced knitters will practice reducing and adding stitches while learning about tension and gauge.
