Residential/Commuter Camp – Designed for HS aged athletes with a focus on the individuals developmental needs while also experiencing tactical and technical training based around the varied systems of play used at the HS and College level. We also offer a specialized program built into the camp for HS Varsity and JV teams that choose to do specific team training as well as compete in the evening game portion as a team against other HS teams and the groups formed from individual campers. Outland Studios Kid Day Camp - Cambridge Springs, PA
Session begins July 11th and ends July 14th from 9 am - noon every day with a final gallery show just for the kids on July 15th at 4pm. Outland Studios kids art day camp! We will explore all the possibilities of the art world in fun and exciting ways. Have your child come and learn about different art mediums and explore their expressive side. Activities will include: Making a Camp Totem Pole (crafting) Exploring the World of Painting ( Acrylic, watercolor, etc) 3D Art (earthen ware and experimental mediums) Art in Nature (Sketching and an outdoor hike) and a Final Mural Piece to be displayed with all of their other work from the week in a Kids Exclusive Gallery Show on the 15th! All kids participating will receive a mixed medium art tablet, charcoal pencil and eraser sets, a paint brush and a kit to keep all of their supplies in! All supplies to create their pieces are provided by Outland Studios. Parents are more than welcome to stay and help or watch their children grow! Haven Place Youth Camp (July 31 thru Aug. 7). 7th-12th graders will be staying at Haven Place. Only $30.00 per person 8 days 7 nights. Registreation due by July 2oth. Last year we had 28 attend. Boys will be in tents outside with the adults on watch and the Ladies will be inside with the adult Ladies. They will be mentored by College age students who will be volunteering their time during the mission week. There will be at least four other key adults to chaperone this event. The week will consist of quiet time with the Lord, learning team building skills, sacrificial service to the community and learning to use their God given talents. There will be a praise and worship band, speaker and fun activities planned during the week. Each student will be going to various work sites. Each work site may have different projects, such as light construction, painting, clean up, landscaping, etc....In the afternoons students will be leading a community kids camp which will located at Haven Place. Every athlete gets the opportunity for 1 on 1 coaching and spotting. Running skills and standing skills will be taught in our state of the art gym equipped with trampolines, spring floors, mats, and a foam pit. This is a great camp to get that new tumbling pass or work on something new with a spotter! Bring your whole team and learn some new group tumblinb to put in your routines.
