I think in this day and age it's so important for girls to have the opportunity to bond with other girls without distraction. Yes, I'm talking about boys and texting! What's amazing is that our daughter didn't seem to miss either this summer. She came back from Alpengirl so confident and self-assured. She's also eating a lot more salad. That's something I never thought would happen! She also wants to go back to surfing. That's something she can share with her dad for sure! Great summer for her all around.
