My twin sons and my daughter won’t go to any other baseball camp besides this one. Washington Nationals Baseball Camp is for children ages 5 to 13. This camp provides Major League experience to kids who are passionate about learning and playing baseball. Each child receives a look alike national league uniform. Teen Conditioning Camp - Allison Park, PA
Teen Conditioning Camp will get kids (12-16) conditioned and ready to perform at a high level of physical ability for sports, recreation and fun!! Program is developed by Paul J. Stugart,M.S.,NASM-CPT, CF-L1, Master Trainer, Coach and Cheif Inspiration Officer. Your son or daughter will be challenged to improve fitness & function using ropes, bands, body weight, some weights, rowing, running and more. Each class will different and will structured to develop all aspects of conditioning. We will have team challenges, events, climb ropes, traverse on monkey bars and just overall have fun while conditioning the body. Camp Length: 4 OR 12 Week Enrollments MEETS every Monday & Wednesday 3:30pm to 4:30pm (except first week we do 11/2 & 11/4 due to Halloween) $120 for 4 Week Camp $300 for 12 Week Camp (20% Savings!) Boys Basketball - Sanford Day Camp
Stan Waterman will be the head coach for our Basketball program. Stan is the head basketball coach at Sanford since 1991. Under Stans direction, Sanford won multiple State Championships. Stan played point guard at the University of Delaware and is the Dean of Students at Sanford. He is considered to be an outstanding teacher of youth. Stan utilizes both courts of the Sports Center to set up stations for dribbling, passing, jump shooting and foul shooting. The afternoons are used for small team play. 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3, etc. By the end of the week, all players are participating in full team scrimmages. Players can expect a good workout every day. -------------- LOCATION: Sanford School. Please drop your child off at the Sports Center at 8:45 a.m. Pick up will be in the same location at 3:15. --------------- WHAT TO BRING: Light-weight, loose fitting shirts, shorts, socks and sneakers. Water Bottle Bathing suit and towel for free swim in the afternoon. Lunch, unless purchasing from Camp. ($35.00/per week) A drink will be provided for all by the Camp. An afternoon icy treat will be served. --------------- At the end of Sport/Specialty Camp registration, you can register your child for Day Camp at: 610-565-4850

For students who have their own archery equipment (intermediate or adult style bow and 6 arrows), this camp combines individual lessons and group challenges. Participants will get to experience a number of archery games such as Vegas, 5 Spot, 3-D and Flint. This summer camp is all about having fun with friends while mastering their archery skills. Stanford Synchro Swim Camp will allow athletes the opportunity to work with Olympic medalists, National Team coaches and coaches of the Stanford University Synchronized Swimming Team. During this camp, athletes will focus on and learn the importance of injury prevention based land training, sport-specific muscle strengthening, and translation of these elements into the water. They will learn the technical warm-up Stanford Synchro athletes use to train, and a short Stanford Synchro routine to perform at the end of camp. Athletes will also have the opportunity to experience living in a Stanford dorm and eating in the cafeteria. 800-357-7687

Although photography is the worlds newest art form, as a concept it was known by Aristotle. In this brief course we will review the evolution of photography from its beginnings to the digital cameras of today. Along the way, youll be introduced to some of the most influential individuals who played an important role leading to the creation of modern photography. We will discuss how painting influenced photography and how photography influenced painting. In just three sessions, well have a chance to see the oldest surviving photographs, Daguerreotypes, Silver Nitrate prints, early color photographs, modern pixel- based images and much more.
