Elementary Stephens Session #2 (Females) - Camp Lake Stephens
The Stephens Session is a traditional camp experience for campers on the high end of the Autism spectrum or with mild developmental disabilities. Each camper in this session will have an individual counselor, and will stay in a cabin with 3 other campers and counselors. Campers will participate in all camp activities, including canoeing, games, arts and crafts, swimming, meals, and playing in the creek. Theyll also have a chance to ride the zipline and participate in the talent show! 662-234-3350

This program is for children in grades 1-4th and all skill levels. The philosophy behind the program is to teach basic skills and fundamentals, develop athletic skills, make new friends, and most importantly have fun! The program stresses good sportsmanship at all times. All equipment will be provided. This is a good program to put your child in if theyre baseball, football, basketball, and/or hockey players. Many of the physical skills worked on during the camp will crossover to those sports. All equipment is provided. 420 Intermediate Session 1 - 15 Tucks Point Rd., Manchester
The 420 Intermediate class is designed for sailors who have mastered the basics and want to enhance their sailing skills in a double-handed boat. Successful completion of two sessions of the 420 Beginner class, Opti Advanced, Opti Race Team, or a sailor who can demonstrate similar skills is required. There will be both chalkboard (pre and post sailing) and on-the-water instruction with a focus on fun while learning. Students will learn boat handling, sail trim and introductory spinnaker skills. This class has a hands on learn-to-sail focus. When complete, sailors will be able set, fly, and douse a spinnaker, demonstrate skipper/crew communication and teamwork, sail a 420 upwind, downwind, and do so with independence and confidence. This class is best for 12 – 18 year olds who are seeking to become proficient at two-person performance dinghy sailing.
