Summer Play Group is specially designed for young children who have some school experience or will be entering school for the first time in the fall. This enrichment experience includes indoor/outdoor play, songs, stories, art activities, a daily snack, and plenty of fun with friends. A great way for youth athletes to see how they perform at skills related to the sports they play! Power, agility, speed, and strength are assessed to give kids a better understanding of how they can unlock their potential. Results are provided in a fashion that kids understand and motivate them to improve. STRIDES coaches are able to evaluate potential risk of injury and provide them with corrective exercise to reduce inure potential.
