2016 Seeds of Faith Spring Banquet - Attica, MI
Attention all home schoolers ages 13-18! You are cordially invited to this year's banquet. Dinner, Dancing, Fellowship, and Fun will be on the books for our Once Upon A Time themed banquet. Early Bird tickets are just $35 until March 18, 2016. Regular tickets are $40 until April 15, 2016. Late Registration tickets are $45 from April 16- April 27, 2016. Payment can be sent to April Brackney, 3060 Edgefield Dr., Waterford, MI 48328, via paypal at pbyouthmin@aol.com, or at any of the remaining co ops. Please note that you are not officially registered to attend until payment has been received. Payment must be received by due dates in order to qualify for that price. Youth Camping Retreat (Times to be announced) - Orlando, FL
February 19-20 (Times to be announced) In addition to having an awesome time getting to hang out with the youth group, we will be getting to hang out with youth ministry families as well. We will have food, games, and times of Bible study. Our Bible study will be centered on the roles of students, parents, and youth pastor in the development of students as disciples of Jesus. If you are a non-camper, you are still welcome to come hang out and fellowship. Day visiters will be subject to regular park admission fees: $3 per vehicle for 1-2 people and $5 per vehicle for 3-8 people. Further details coming...

Latin Rhythms & Culture - Adat Ari El Day School
Sizzling Music, Latin Dance & Culture Adventure Week We make it easy for our campers to learn the basic dance steps of traditional dances of Columbia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Perú, Chile & more. Campers gain geographical, cultural and artistic awareness of South American countries through exposure to their music, food and dance forms. Additionally campers learn how to move to new rhythms. No prior dance training required. Campers play active & quiet games, create, sing songs, act, dance, cook, play sports and discover the joys of learning Spanish through engaging activities. Theme vocabulary includes colors, counting, verbs, nouns related to instruments, adjectives, sounds, tastes and places. Campers learn common Spanish words & phrases for movements, directions & parts of the body while getting in shape to lively music. Celebration Day Wed. Our Aventureros will put on their backpacks, gather their passports and off they will go on their Summer Classroom Adventure! This is a perfect way for current HoLa and other bilingual students to support the Spanish they have acquired and a wonderful way for incoming HoLa students to ease into a fun, stress-free Spanish immersion experience. The program will be overseen by HoLa Aftercare Director Margarita Garcia and HoLa faculty. Children will engage in multicultural games, physical activities, crafts, art, music, dance and other local adventures that will be aligned to the introduction and strengthening of Spanish Language Arts, creative writing and mathematics skills. Where: William Kozyra Alumni Field About: Players attending NDP soccer camp will be challenged to take their game to a higher level. Players can expect competitive mind-body workouts that will help them enhance technical skills, learn new strategies, problem-solve within the flow of play, and improve conditioning.
