Shubert Summer Theater and Arts Camp - Shubert Summer Theater and Arts Camp
The Shubert Summer Theater & Arts Camp is a program for rising middle-school students (5th-8th grade as of fall 2016) who want to explore interests, potential, and opportunities in the arts. The camp offers students a chance to take in-depth classes in dance, music, theater, visual arts, and creative writing while in an arts rich environment. The camp is open to both New Haven and non-New Haven residents. Located at adjacent Cooperative Arts & Humanities High School, the Shubert Summer Theater & Arts Camp is situated in the heart of downtown New Haven, surrounded by theaters, galleries, and museums. In addition to an arts atmosphere, the camp is staffed by a combination of professional artists, teaching artists, and emerging student teaching assistants from Cooperative Arts & Humanities High School. Campers may either sign up for the Theater & Arts Camp, which allows them choose classes in music, theater, creative writing, dance and visual arts, or sign up for the Musical Theater Camp , which offers a curriculum of singing, acting, and theater-related activities. BOYS - Elite for Middle School (2016) - Lambert High School
Middle School Session: 12 pm to 2:30 pm daily Session is for participants in 7th or 8th grade as of the 2015 - 2016 school year. Participants will be divided based on age and skill level to maximize learning. On behalf of Coach Bill Dwan, Associate Head Coach of Hopkins and Coach Matt Dwan, Assistant Coach, Loyola, we are excited to partner with the Lambert High School Lacrosse Program to host our 2016 Elite Lax Camp! Due to NCAA Regulations, we are prohibited from advertising current players that will be working at the camp. The Elite Lax Camp features the TOP athletes at each position and ensure a player to coach ratio of 14 to 1 to maximize instruction. Learn from current collegiate players at the TOP of their game!! About Elite Lax Camp: Elite Lacrosse Camp to offer well-rounded lacrosse instruction tailored for all playing levels entwined with important lifes lessons and the significance of education and dedication. Tigers Elite Soccer Camp - Tigers Elite Soccer Camp
Tigers Elite Soccer Camps in Los Angeles offer an opportunity for players to receive valuable instruction on the fundamental and advanced skills of soccer. Campers will be made aware of the characteristics that define successful soccer players. Organized games between campers will provide a competitive outlet after specific drills have been practiced. Contests built into drills capture the learners attention, which results in attentive practice. Drill progressions will be aimed towards recognizing and developing good habits in all aspects of the game. May 2-24 -- 2 practices per week Mondays: 6:00 to 7:30 @ Bishop Kelly High School ​Tuesdays: 6:00 to 7:30 @ Boise Valley Adventist School Scrimmages: Tuesdays, May 10, 17, & 24 7:30 to 8:30 @ Boise Valley Adventist School -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Ignition program is designed specifically for experienced basketball players in 2nd through 7th grades who are serious about putting in the hard work necessary to take their basketball game to the next level. This training program equips athletes with the fundamental skills they need to be ready for the competitive performance basketball arena. Focus is placed heavily on ball handling, personal offensive moves, shooting, defense, and conditioning. Athletes will also participate in Ignition scrimmages to put their skills to the test and highlight their improvement. ​A big part of competitive basketball preparation is developing the character qualities necessary to handle pressure and persevere.
