Invite your friends who were campers with you or served with you at FM Youth Camp! www.fmyouth.wix.com/reunion --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Who: All past campers and staff from FM Youth Camp What: Friday night it starts with a time to share memories and spend the night at the campgrounds! We will all spend the night in the dorms to bring back memories of when we were campers/staff at FM Youth! This event is for 7th grade and above. If you are 6th grade or below, a parent/guardian must be attending the event as well. We would LOVE to have families come! Bring your spouse and children; just make sure to register them too!! Saturday will be treated as a day of camp and a work day. It will conclude with a pie auction and hamburger fry at 6pm. Proceeds raised from this will go towards the trustees. Sunday Morning will be an optional church service at the campgrounds for those who wish to attend. We will have a potluck lunch after service. There is also a workday at the campgrounds starting...
Camp Yolo - Adult Summer Camp Sept - Long Weekend - San Francisco, CA
Hey Friends all work and these Adult camps posts has me wanting to go to camp. PROBLEM: No adult camp in SF area (aside from a digital detox hippy thing) SOLUTION: Organize One. If we get enough interest will make it happen, will decide in 1 week. Need like 200+ Yes's and I will get the wheels in motion. CONCEPT: Adult Summer Camp All the fun + the booze Think meeting new people, activities like swimming,canoeing, rock wall, sports, slip n slide flip cup, arts crafts, cooking class, and etc. Broken into teams, olympics style, dancing under stars all night, talent show, etc. Was inspired by Camp No Counselors check it out to get an idea - https://vimeo.com/99644036 It'd be $299 - 349 estimated PP for transport, accommodation, catered food, activities + TShirt ;) + OPEN BAR all 3 Days. Campers, ages 7-13, will explore the artist Vincent Van Gogh all week through paintings and other related activities. They will paint a 16x20 painting each day M-Th, and work on a 24-36 self portrait through the week. The week will end with an art show Friday evening from 5-6pm. Your child will be immersed in language, culture and pure fun in this camp led by Laurel World Languages faculty and counselors who are fluent in the language. Languages are offered in an immersion setting to give campers the foundation they need to enter a language class at their grade level.
