Camp Chipinaw was founded in 1926, and it is located in the breathtaking Catskill Mountains. Although it was originally an all-boys camp, by 1938 a girl’s camp was added. Camp Chipinaw is one of the oldest camps in the U.S., serving children and teens ages 7 through 16. Starting @ 7pm EDT Friday, September 25th and going thru 6pm EDT Saturday, September 26th we will be having our Fall Retreat. This year we will be combining Kids and Teens for a fun filled event. The camp has built its stellar reputation by having a dedicated and professional staff, organized practices, having outstanding rink, dorm, and off-ice facilities, and a well-supervised daily schedule that is created to promote safety and most importantly, FUN!! Preschoolers, ages 3 to 5, discover and explore natural phenomena through observations, experimentation, storytelling, and creative play.
