Awakening is a Catholic retreat put on by young adults for young adults. This overnight retreat runs from Friday night through Sunday afternoon ending with Sunday Mass. The retreat is designed to awaken your faith, bring you fellowship, and to strengthen your relationship with God during your young adult life. We accept retreaters of any faith/belief in and out of college from ages 18-26. Even though this is a Catholic retreat, you do NOT have to be Catholic to attend. E: Teen Intensive - Art Session - TitO Gate House
For those teens age 14-17 who would like to pursue the visual arts in more depth, we are offering a 2-week workshop that will be lead by local artists who work in a variety of mediums – painting, drawing, sculpting and journaling. This class will be held outdoors and blend exploration of the natural environment with the creative impulse. $475 for a 2-week session, August 8th-19th. 2pm-5:30pm. 978-465-2572
2nd- 6th Baking for Fun M,W,F- AM - Maranatha Christian Schools
Calling all chefs who love to cook! Fun will definitely be the main ingredient in the kitchen while your child learns how to prepare, bake, and decorate delicious food! Students will be active chefs as they measure, roll, stir and taste their creations. With small class sizes and lots of hands-on experience, this cooking class is sure to be loads of fun for all. Chefs learn the importance of safety and clean up in the kitchen after cooking. As the annual Maker Faire Bay Area occurs this month, we wanted to provide a workshop that captures the spirit of Making. Participants will be inspired as they work on a do it yourself (DIY) project supported by CuriOdyssey education staff. The theme of this Maker Experience will be vehicles powered by wind, rubber bands, and/or motor. Prepare to be creative and join the community of Makers. 650-340-7590

Join us for a fun week of imagination and creative travels to sea world! Campers will create a star fish bowl and unique wall art using multiple pottery techniques including coil, pinch and slab methods. Explore a new media and create one-of-a-kind masterpieces. Campers will get to experience using a pottery wheel on the last day of camp. Materials: A separate fee of $25 is payable to the instructor on the first day of camp for art materials, clay, glazes and kiln supplies. Campers should bring a snack and water each day.
