Class will meet Monday-Friday each week. The class will not meet on Monday, May 30 (Memorial Day). Students will learn the concepts and play of team sports. Also, gain an understanding of diet, major bones and muscles, and first aid training. Each student must wear a PE uniform during class. KidZonStage Fall Acting Camp - Lancaster, CA

District Youth Fall Retreat - Mount Morris, IL
Save the date - We will be staying at the retreat lodge (and log cabin if needed) for our fall retreat. Fellowship with other youth in the district, interesting sessions, and an opportunity to help the camp out by raking leaves at the district wide leaf raking service project (Saturday starting at 8 am). Come join us as we adventure through creeks, marshes, forests, and the many natural places of beauty we have to explore on The Heights campus and all around the metropolitan area. The various ingredients of this camp make for a fantastic summer experience. From the personal attention and fun atmosphere of learning, to the outdoor adventures and games, this is an experience hard to beat or imitate. Activities: short classes, nature walks, daily journal, creek exploration, games, field and fishing trips, and specimen collection. Session I will focus on mammals, reptiles, and birds. Session II will focus on insects and trees. Staff Anton Vorozhko teaches 6th grade homeroom in the middle school.
