KMS Summer Sessions Actions Sports Camps will feature Freeski, Freestyle and Snowboard camps. These camps are aimed to provide a fun, safe and exciting learning environment for athletes to progress their skiing and riding regardless of age, gender or ability. Athletes will be coached by some of the best coaches in the industry alongside various guest pros and industry leaders. Athletes looking to take their skiing to the next level will be trained at the KMS Action Center which features multiple Olympic Trampolines, and skate facilities as well as Dry Slope facilities which includes various Dry Rails and Airbag Jump Site. Summer Sessions Actions Sports Camps will feature overnight and day camps which will utilize KMSs dorm, nutrition center, gym and new media lab. A typical day would include various activities such as trampolining, skiing, hiking, swimming, skating, mountain biking and more. Being in an organization like Camp Kesem has opened my eyes to how generous and kind people can be. Camp Kesem is an organization run by students who spend a ton of time all year fundraising money to allow children whose parents have or had cancer go to a fun, stress-free summer camp. Although this is my first year as a part of this wonderful organization, I already feel so strongly connected to all the counselors and want to do as much as I can to allow these kids to go to camp. Hearing all of these stories about how the kids tell such heart-warming stories, I feel like I would learn more from them than they would from me. It gets me even more excited to learn about all the various events we get to set up and how much fun everyone has every year that they go.
