This exciting new offering will coordinate with the Webb Institute. Located in Glen Cove, the Webb Institute is a private engineering college, offering a dual major in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Participants in the Sea Perch Program will build an underwater robot. The completed the robots will then be brought to Webb Institute for a day of in-water testing and head-to-head competitions that determine how well the robots were constructed and how well the human operators can control their custom-built submersible seacraft. Dance Arts & Tumbling $185 Rising K-2 July 11-15 8:30am-2:00 This camp will get your childs creative juices flowing for the summer. Each student will learn creative movement, tumbling, stretching, and basic dance steps. We will create art and craft projects that will be used in different dances. On the last day we will have a short showing for parents 30 minutes before camp is over. We will create our own architectural firm for the chance to build things in 3D: a hockey rink, football stadium, golf course, art gallery, a museum, a roller coaster theme park, an aquarium, or even the great Roman Coliseum!
