Rogue Robots: LEGO Robotics Camp - San Angelo, TX
Robots aren’t just inventions in a galaxy far, far away— they exist here on Earth, at your local library! Join us this Winter Break for a Star Wars-themed robotics camp. Each day we’ll watch a clip from the movies, and build a LEGO robot inspired by the film. The library will be hosting two four-day camps—attending all four days is not mandatory, but each class will build upon the previous classes. No prior experience in LEGO robotics necessary, but seating is limited so RSVP is required. Summer Prospect Camp - U-M Soccer Complex
The Prospect Camp is designed for those wishing to learn more about playing at the collegiate level. This camp will provide the serious soccer player with the understanding of what it will take for success at the collegiate level. Coaching staff is made up of current University of Michigan Soccer staff and are assisted by current members of the team. A number of other local/regional/national college coaches will also assist as a coach or will be in attendance to watch and evaluate talent. As part of this camp we also offer a presentation from Coach Daley and the Admissions Department here at The University of Michigan. For students ages 9-11 who are interested in more of a performance challenge, we offer our 6-week Performance Class. Participants in this class will be involved in a full-scale production, from auditions to set building to opening day. Kids Dojo premier mountain bike programs Spring Break Camp 4/4-4/8 A Spring break program designed to get kids riding! Well ride a variety of local mountain biking trails, and work on specific skills at a local bike pump track. Your child will learn trail safety and courtesy, how to handle different terrain, the art of cornering and managing obstacles, and much more! Bike Dojo will help your child build confidence and hone skills in a fun, safe environment. This class is appropriate for all levels (students will be grouped by ability level following the first day). Class meets at Scotts Valley Cycle Sport, 203 Mount Hermon Road. Students are dropped off at 9:00am and picked up at 4:00pm. Students will be transported via our safe and insured Dojo Bike vans to trail locations.
