Kid's Day Off Camp - Frederick, MD
Whether it's one day or a whole week, Camp Pump It Up is where it's at. Discover, explore, invent, and imagine! These themed camps are high-energy, fast-paced and just plain fun for kids. Kid's will spend part of the day playing on our gigantic inflatables and party of the day making new friends during interactive play, crafts, and hands-on activities. Camps are usually held on FCPS days off. Check our events calendar for camp dates. 4-H Teen Winter Retreat - Jackson, OH
Registration for the retreat will be held on Saturday, January 30, from 3– 4 p.m. and will dismiss at 10 a.m. on Sunday, January 31. The Teen Winter Retreat will feature many fun events, activities and programs. You will need to bring your completed health form and activity release form that is signed by your parent/guardian in order to participate. Please bring warm clothes and comfortable shoes as we will probably be taking part in some outdoor activities during the retreat. You will also need to bring your own, bedding, towels and bathroom supplies. Registrations should be submitted by Friday, January 22 to Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp.

For ages 14-17. Learn techniques and skills to use your DSLR camera for marketing platforms. With a focus on digital photography for use on websites, advertising, and social media. We’ll explore the world of marketing with our cameras and give real world experience in the field.

Head-Royce School Summer Program Returning Counselor Position - Head-Royce School
Job Responsibilities include: -Assisting children as they transition on adn off the campus as well as in the classroom, ultimately supporting a positive and effect learning environment. -Following the lead of the classroom teacher and helping with transitions, group work, classroom set-up and helping get supplies and materials ready for each school day. -Helping student to eh pool, helping in the locker room before and after swimming while also assisting the pool staff with student needs. -Supporting the mission of the program and the needs of the teachers and children in all ways reasonable and within the parameters of the position. -Where appropriate, participate in all activities with campers, including specialty classes, free swim, camp meetings and cheers, etc. -Facilitate activities by taking an active role in facilitating a variety of games, sports, arts & crafts, etc. -Provide conflict-management mentoring to students. -Respond to parent and children concerns in an effective, professional manner. -Abide by the guidelines for expectations, behavior and attitude set forth by Summer Program Director, Mikki Frazier. - 5105311300 x2500

Junior Golf Camp Ages 7-10 June 13th - Fox Creek Golf Club
An introduction to the game of golf with emphasis placed on fundamentals of grip, posture, and alignment. Introduction to the rules and etiquette of the game will be explained. Students will learn the difference between iron shots and tee shots, in addition to chipping and putting. Fun competitions will be held with in the class in each aspect of the the game.
