Teen Workshop Winter Sewing Camp - Jenkintown, PA
$100, for ages 15-19. 4-6pm, Monday-Friday, Dec. 26-30. This is a project based machine sewing workshop. New to sewing or need help with a project? We teach you the basics for learning to sew and you will complete a few projects. This is also good for those familiar with a sewing machine and want to build their skills. Learn techniques to create a truthful and dynamic monologue performance. Campers will discover their acting niche and prepare a monologue that will let a director envision them in the role they seek. Time to put your thinking cap on! You will become an inventor this week. We will be exploring old household appliances by taking them apart using real tools. June 27-30: Photo Safari (Ages 8-11) - Mountain Kids!
Kids and digital cameras in nature – a recipe for fun and stunning images! Campers will capture their unique perspectives of the natural world on their daily adventures in the mountains. On Thursday, campers will have time to select, edit and crop a photo for a Friday art show and celebration!
