Bring lawn chairs to relax in. This will be our final Kids Gun Safety Class this season. Ages 5-17. We have found that this is a great learning experience for parents and children alike. We are working with the local law enforcement community to have officers, equipment and K9's available for demonstration. Children will be shooting .22 and 9mm pistols as well as .22 rifles. An instructor will be with the children to assist in holding. Please confirm in the discussion thread if you are coming. Donations of cash or ammo will be accepted at the registration table but are not mandatory for attendance. All donations go to future children's classes. Registration will start at 12:00 so please be early! Thanks!!

Art Adventures for Kids: Session VI - Farmhouse
This one week half day program is full of colorful summer fun! Kids will create art projects each day with a summer theme. Through projects that include body motion, story-time, and music, campers will create unique pieces of art that connect to science, history, and math. They will work with paper mache, clay, paint and other fun materials. They will also learn fun summer songs and play improv acting games. Students should bring a snack and water bottle and dress in comfortable clothes that they dont mind getting dirty! Week will end with a special showcase/art show for family and friends. Wrestling Camp - Germantown Friends School
The Germantown Friends School Wrestling Camp is open to students of any ability. Our goal is to give you a dynamic week of training tailored to your ability that will help build the foundation for a great wrestling career. We provide a safe, enjoyable environment and emphasize the ethical aspects of the sport. Participants will work on techniques in the morning, including set-up actions, positions, throws, offense, counter offense, bottom, and more. Live wrestling will take place during the afternoon. The camp will be divided into two groups, junior wrestlers (grades 1 - 5) and senior wrestlers (grades 6 - 12). GFS Wrestling coach and former college wrestler Paul Hammond will not only be directing the camp, but he also will be sharing his passion for the sport he has been practicing since he was fourteen.
