M400 - Magical Monday - Metuchen YMCA
For children, 3 to 8 years old, GROUPED by AGE. Five weeks. Session held in the gym. Rovers Soccer Skill Building is directed by professional soccer coach and NJ Youth Soccer Hall of Fame Inductee, Spencer Rockman. This weekly, high energy session puts emphasis on skill-building games, which promote maximum learning and enjoyment - enhanced by a small-sided soccer match. These sessions are convenient for families, since siblings can play at the same time, divided according to age/ experience. Rovers accommodates all levels of experience for boys and girls. Make-ups can be arranged when the office is notified IN ADVANCE that a child will miss a session. Each child should bring a properly sized ball and a water bottle. Camp Strawberry - Counselor In Training - SRD Main Building
CAMP STRAWBERRY CIT program incorporates specialized skills, camp activities, special guests, athletics, safety training, and work experience skills in an exciting summer environment. Young teens, ages 11-15, will gain valuable training through work experience in a camp setting including how to fill out applications, develop resumes and lead groups. CIT-TIME ZONE allows the group to develop their own athletic and safety skills through professional instruction with a weekly focus. When CITs are not in CIT-TIME ZONE, they will work hand in hand with SRD camp staff to lead games, sports, cooking, songs and transitions. CITs will enjoy pickup games in the following: tennis (SRD Tennis Staff M, W, F) Soccer (Tues), Swimming (Wed) and Multisport (Thurs). 6th - 12th Grade Spring Rally - Burnamwood Camp
A great prep for Summer 2016. Campers in grades 6 - 12 will have the opportunity to enjoy many of the traditional summer activities such as hiking, Bible Study and Small Groups, campfires with SMORES, and other camp games. This fun, skill-intensive program is designed for beginning to intermediate players.
