Join us for Youth Sports popular golf program. Participants will get the chance to learn the rules of the game, develop their skills and fundamentals and HAVE FUN with the help of golf professionals from Dobson Ranch Golf Course. All equipment is provided. Participants must wear closed-toe athletic shoes or golf shoes. All participants should also bring water each day to stay hydrated in the summer heat. Registration fee is $80 total for Mesa residents/$96 non-resident. (Due at time of enrollment: $40 Mesa resident/$480non-resident. Contractor fee due to the instructor the first day of program: $40 Mesa resident/$48 non-resident. Cash payments only for instructor fee.) Artists will explore color, shape, and texture through two and three-dimensional projects. Over the course of this class, students will work with pencil, marker, paint, clay, paper, and recycled materials. Class meets for 8 weeks (Apr. 10 - June 5). No class on May 29. 301-588-2787

Aspiring performer? Curious technician? Want to show your stuff? Want to show other peoples stuff to best effect? Then this is your camp. Campers will split into small groups to create and perform theatre vignettes. Both performance and technical theatre will be explored. Campers can self-select into their interest areas, and will have a chance to get hands on as actors, dancers, and singers. On the technical side, campers will learn the basics of: lighting; sound; and set and costume design.
