Summer Camp - Week #7 Ooey Gooey Wild Week With a name like that, what on earth will we do? Throughout the week we will make some fun crafts getting ooey and gooey. We will make our own slime, play dough, and lets see if we can create a masterpiece doing some finger painting. As far as the getting wild part goes, we will have some wild relays and themed days. Crazy hair day and super sweet socks day will just be a few. Designed to excite kids on engineering by engaging them in logical & creative thinking and out-of-the-box problem solving. this camp will inspire young minds as they explore different technologies through out the week. Craniosacral Balancing 1 - Kansas City
Mondays, 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28 and Wednesdays 3/16, 3/23 and 3/30 In this class, the student will be introduced to the craniosacral system of the human body, comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. The emphasis in Craniosacral Therapy is to help resolve the trapped forces that underlie and govern patterns of disease in both body and mind. This involves the practitioner "listening through the hands" to the bodys subtle craniosacral rhythms to detect patterns of inertia or congestion. With this light touch modality – generally using only 5 – 6 grams of pressure – the practitioner can evaluate and treat restrictions in the craniosacral system offering relief to the client who suffers from migraines, autism, central nervous system disorders, chronic neck and back pain, stress, fibromyalgia and so much more.
