Grades 3-5 Is your camper looking for a chance to build their field hockey knowledge and skill set with sweeps, drives, full-field passing, corner plays, defensive and offensive positioning, and field awareness? Whether they are a beginner or field hockey aficionado, join us for a week filled with drills, scrimmages and games. Please bring water, lunch, shin-guards, a mouth-guard, and stick. Coaches: One on One Sports Training staff. AN INVITATION FROM THE CHAIR Teen Eastern Chinese Bible Conference is a place where high school students from all over New York and New Jersey gather for a weekend of learning about following Jesus, community, and fun. Our committee is led by AMAZING high school students and adult volunteers who have spent the past year planning and praying about the upcoming conference in May. Come to our "YouthPass to the Future" Campaign Kick-Off! OPAL's multi-racial youth program, Youth Environmental Justice Alliance, is organizing a community event to raise awareness about a campaign to sustain and expand the YouthPass program in Portland. Our goal for the campaign is to show the city, TriMet, our schools, and our community that affordable public transportation is important for youth to lead healthy lives, be able to thrive, and be successful. The youth-led event will officially launch our campaign and engage with community members and decision makers, especially in East Portland neighborhoods. There will be educational booths about transit justice, powerful youth testimonies, and cool performances! YouthPass to the Future Campaign: We want all high school students in Portland to be able to go to school and access opportunities that prepare them for success. Transit is an educational right! Cheer Tumbling Camp - Fargo, ND
TNT Kid’s Fitness and Gymnastics invites you to participate in our Cheer and Dance Tumbling Camp on Saturday, March 5, 2016. We will be teaching the basics through advanced tumbling. Every athlete gets the opportunity for 1 on 1 coaching and spotting. Running skills and standing skills will be taught in our state of the art gym equipped with trampolines, spring floors, mats, and a foam pit. This is a great camp to get that new tumbling pass or work on something new with a spotter! Bring your whole team and learn some new group tumbling to put in your routines. We will have spotters for athletes as young as 5 years old to collegiate. Collegiate athletes must provide proof of NCAA insurance coverage. There will be healthy concessions, bows, and T-shirts available for purchase. We will be hosting two sessions on Saturday, March 5th: 12:00pm -4:00pm: $40 per athlete 4:00pm- 8:00pm: $40 per athlete You can attend both sessions or choose just one. Improv Camp is the perfect place for the budding comedian, drama queen, or hilarious ham. We have a blast playing improv games, learning how to tell stories on the stage, and creating fabulous scenes. In the end, we take all of this and show it off in a final performance.
