Come join us for a HUGE weekend in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Pastor Joel Lawrence from the Twin Cities will be coming down. We are planning a weekend where we can come alongside each other as student and speak and grow in our faith together. This is a time of unity for our area, we want to be closer than ever before to friends in our area displaying the love of Christ. So we we will be partnering in this retreat with Badger CRU from Madison in our larger group meetings! There will be football, Capture the Flag, and an awesome opportunity to make friends while being in community! Registration is only $30! Register sooner rather than later. Full Event Name: SUMMER CAMP - 6-Day/5-Night Multi-Sport Adventure Camp for Navigators (ages 12-19) Two sessions: June 26-July 1, 2016 and August 14-19, 2016 (Sunday through Friday) Location: Errol, New Hampshire Tuition: $1,165 pp, all inclusive: 15 meals, guided day trips, equipment rentals, outdoor educational activities, local nature & history talks, and transportation from North Conway to Errol, New Hampshire, and back. Max. Enrollment: 10 Starts: Meet in North Conway at 1PM on Sunday. Ends: Back in North Conway at 4PM Friday. Description: Travel with your wilderness leaders and new friends into New Hampshire's Great North Woods at a riverside campsite and navigate through the Northern Forest with adventure-packed experiences. Safety, fun and learning is what it's all about! Hike the boreal forest. Mountain bike a gentle gravel road along a clear mountain stream. Kayak calm currents and/or exhilarating whitewater (challenge by choice). Look for moose during an evening "moose tour." Stargaze with a telescope. Try your hand at fly fishing and target archery. Have fun orienteering and geocaching. Survival and backcountry skills lessons are included, such as map & compass, animal tracking, purifying water, starting a fire, outdoor cooking, obvious wild edibles, and building an emergency shelter from natural materials. Weinberg Y in Waverly Cycle a Kid to Camp - Baltimore, MD
Announcing our first annual Weinberg Cycle a Kid to Camp event! Join us for a lot of fun and raise funds to send Baltimore City children to Y Camp where they will spend the summer learning, laughing and playing, as children should. Register to ride for an hour or all four OUTSIDE on the cycle studio bikes! We will have a live DJ pumping the jams to keep your feet pedaling for Y kids! Giveaways will occur evey hour for the riders! And we will have refreshments. Register and begin fundraising! Wakeboarding/Water Skiing WK3 AM - Eckerd College
In this class taught by USA Waterski certified instructors, students can experience the basics of wakeboarding, water skiing, and kneeboarding on Boca Ciega Bay, adjacent to the Eckerd College campus.
