*New*Camp Tiyul hits the road! Spend the summer enjoying the great outdoors with your friends in an exciting camp designed for our senior campers! Using a challenge by choice philosophy, campers will develop their appreciation for the outdoors at iconic Austin-area sites, such as Blue Hole, Pedernales Falls State Park, and the Greenbelt. Campers will participate in a wide variety of activities such as kayaking, swimming, hiking and rock climbing, as well as community service projects. Throughout this experience campers will build lasting friendship and memories to last a lifetime. The second week campers have an out-of-city 2-night overnight trip. 512-735-8100

Animal Care Experience Camp - Humane Society of West Michigan
This hands on camp gives campers an in-depth look at dogs, cats and small animals. Have some doggone fun in the morning with the Delightful Dog session or come for a purrfect time in the afternoon with Fun Felines and Crazy Critter session. You also can bring a lunch and stay all day! Each session will focus on different aspects of animals including; breed, grooming, training, basic care and more! 616-791-8066
KODA Youth Girls (Ages 13–16) - Camp Mark 7
Camp Mark Seven offers a place where hearing children of Deaf parents could come together to learn about, and better understand the two worlds that they simultaneously live in, and where they could explore, identify, and strengthen their unique C/KODA identities and develop individually as leaders. All of this would occur, ideally, in a recreational camping environment that would foster a lot of interaction and activities for each child and youth. Program activities: Swimming and tubing. Paddle a canoe on the chosen rivers/lakes and camp out under the stars. Low ropes course. Diverse outdoor games. Arts & crafts. Hike different mountains. Evening Bonfires. Shopping in Old Forge and Inlet. Campers will create skits for Parents Night; Parents Night is offered at the end of the program, and family members are invited to come and watch their childs skits. Practice and learn how to serve, spike, set, bump etc. This camp will help prepare you to really improve you game and move up the ladder of success! Enter the Middle School through door #34 and proceed to the gym. In order to register for this activity, you must first click to open the participation waiver and then place your initials in the left box to confirm that you read and agree. This class is an "actors gymnasium," where you will be asked to follow direction, learn what directors look for on set, and get invaluable feedback on your work. Donna Morong, noted Casting Director and Acting Teacher, will provide feedback alongside a guest director as you are filmed performing scenes from film and TV. Students will learn how to work on-set under pressure in a simulated professional environment. Previous directors include: Randall Zisk (Scandal, The Mentalist, Monk), Gary Fleder (Homefront), Damon Santostefano (Three To Tango), Will Geiger (Elvis and Anabelle), Brett Simon (Assassination of a High School President), and Anna Mastro (Guidance,Walter). "I encourage my students to take risks, explore different choices and delve more deeply into the characters they are portraying. I provide an environment that is close to a professional work situation without the pressure of having to prove anything. I hope to develop their own internal sense of emotional truth as it applies to film, theater and television roles.
