Camp CSI - San Juan Del Rio Catholic School
Calling all future Crime Scene Investigators! Campers will learn how law enforcement professional solve crimes and analyze evidence. Well use the tools used in the field to collect evidence from our mock crime scenes. Campers will learn how a crime is actually solved and learn how Biology, Chemistry and Physics plays a major role in the investigation! Campers use microscopes to analyze fibers, use facial composite software, and more! Sample Projects: Blood Analysis; Fiber, Handwriting, Fingerprinting, and DNA Analysis! Our camps are 9am-4pm with pre and post camp options available as well! Please pack a peanut-free snack, bag lunch and refreshment for your child. Victory Park Camp Group C 5th week Jul 11 - Jul 15 - City of Pasadena
This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.Join one of Pasadenas most popular summer camps! Victory Park Camp has earned its longstanding reputation as a high-quality, fun, affordable, enriching program. Each day begins with a morning pep rally that sets the stage for an action-packed day. Activities include outdoor play, dance, arts and crafts, including painting, sculpting, lanyard making and chalk drawings, fitness activities and enrichment. Enrichment classes include health, hygiene and first aid instruction, cooking classes, computer and robotics play and specialized sports instruction in tennis and golf. Campers spend at least two hours daily doing physical fitness in the form of choreographed dance, group games, fitness competitions, team sports and supervised free play. Campers are escorted across the park to Pasadena High Schools swimming pool for recreational swim two times per week. Camp counselors go into the water with the campers and well-trained, certified lifeguards are always present. Before entering the pool, campers receive a water safety lesson. 1. Spring Camp: Minecraft - 5 Days - Gizmos & Gadgets Kids Lab
If your child is Minecraft obssessed and dreams of making their own swords, items, blocks and mobs, and you as a parent want your child to learn the art of programming, then this is the camp for them. Kids will learn programming logic through activities both on and off the computer. Students will conceptualize, design and code their own custom Mod using Java, one of the most widely used programming languages today! Dont worry, they wont spend their whole time on the computer (although theyd like to!). We have lots of other fun minecrafty activities to keep their day active and balanced. (858)964-0645
