Robot Olympics 2016: Session A - Connecticut Science Center
Get ready to achieve robot glory! Build and train resident CSC robots to race through obstacle courses and compete in Olympic-style events that will challenge new and experienced programmers alike. Campers will also construct their own robots to take home. Price includes additional materials needed for a great week at camp. CHILDREN DINING ETIQUETTE - EDUCATIONAL EVENTS & SEMINARS
Whether youre eating at home, dining out, or having dinner with friends, good table manners for kids are an important part of every meal. When you teach your child good table manners, you are giving them important tools for social interaction that will serve them for the rest of their lives. Plus, laying the groundwork for good etiquette at the dinner table means your children will more likely become pleasant dinner companions for family meals in the years to come. This year, instead of the usual resolutions, why not make gathering the family around the dining table -- working on manners and proper eating etiquette -- top of the list. The session will be of 1 and 1/2 hours, children will be trained on a soup, a cutting protein and fake wine (grape juice). They will learn how to sit, table posture, hands position, utensils placement and usage, drinking from a glass, speaking, chewing and much much more.
