Combine the two most important skills in volleyball in one session! Campers will work on both skills, getting all-important multiple reps. For almost 3 decades YFC and Campus Life have been a safe haven for 1000’s of middle and high school students. From weekly meetings, amazing volunteers, Mr. Happy Band, JV Dares, small groups, Florida Breakaway, JV Camp, Winter Weekend, DCLA, Colorado Challenge, pig scrambles and a good game of seek and destroy, there hasn’t been a dull moment. This holiday season we are inviting our Campus Life Alumni to Come Home For Christmas. On Thursday December 17th we invite you to join us from 7pm-9pm for a Campus Life Alumni open house. This is a great opportunity to see how the building has changed, share Campus Life memories, and hear how Campus Life is still giving life to so many kid’s stories. Yick Yack Yuck - EcoAdventures
Yick, Yack, Yuck July 5th-8th 9am – 4pm (Ages 5 – 11) Monday – Friday Its the study of everything gross in this camp, as kids jump into the world of disgusting (I know…you say they are already there…)!! Its all things gooey, slimy, slippery…funky, ugly, and foul!!! All of the gross stuff that kids just LOVE! Kids will get down and dirty with lots of hands-on activities, and in this special edition of Grossology. For this camp kids will be rolling up their sleeves and getting elbow deep in the ultimate Yuck and Muck!! Campers will dissect owl pellets (dried up wads of owl vomit that the birds yack up periodically) looking for all the bits and bobs of what the owls have been eating. So, for those brave enough to pick through them, there are treasures to be found! Get the scoop about animal poop and even make edible poo (ewwww GROSS), and if that doesnt do it for you then its slime time with edible glow in the dark slime. Learn about animals that have slime for defenses. Interact with slimy toads, salamanders…feel smooth snakes, and a prickly hedgehog. Well muck about outside so plan on getting... (410) 279-5416

Kick off the summer by celebrating colorful Colorado. Join us as we learn why aspens grow in groves, find signs of mountain pine beetle, and study the natural world around us. Come explore our beautiful state by train, by foot, and through the eyes of a miner. Get excited to find out what makes Colorado radical! Defensive/Passing Camp - Alaska Airlines Center
This camp will focus on teaching and fine tuning passing and defensive skills. This includes liberos as well as any player who plays defense or who is in serve receive. Space limited to 48 campers. What do camping, composting and recycling have in common? Being in touch with the Earth! Involve your child in our week-long camp where they experience the fun and peace of camping outside. Seeing first hand the importance of recycling plastics and paper, and composting organic materials to feed the plants in our outdoor space.
