Teen Summer Camp - Macedonia, OH
Long Tail Knits will be hosting a summer camp for students looking to learn to knit or crochet. This will be held at the store June 13 through June 17 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You will learn the basics in knit/crochet. Your choice. The cost of the camp will be $25.00 per day or $125.00 for the week. If you pay for the entire week ahead of time, you will receive a 10% discount. This does not include the cost of materials. We will be offering beginner patterns for those who are just starting out and for those who have some of the basics down, we will have intermediate beginner projects for learning other techniques and stitches. Recommended age is 10 and up. If you have any questions, please let me know by posting in the comments and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Camp & Summer Expo - Phoenix, AZ
Arizona Parenting Magazine is hosting their annual Camp and Summer Expo at Desert Ridge Marketplace. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents to meet with local STEM camps, performing arts, sports or overnight camp and make your summer plans. Kids will be able to enjoy and participate in a variety of camp experiences, such as: archery, zip lining, rock climbing, Euro bungee, tie dye t-shirts and much more. Wednesday After School Intro to Photography and Film - Makenzie Adult Building
In this program your girls will work with a professional female photographer, learning the basics of photography and film making. They will also learn editing, composition, light, history, and different styles of photography all culminating in a special end of the session project including their photos being published in the Santa Barbara Independent. 805-861-8128

Week 9 PM - Hartley Adventures - NESS
Prerequisite: Hartley Level 2 or equivalent learn to sail class Lets go Sailing....Grab a partner or sail solo in this exciting class designed to get kids on the water as quickly as possible. This class is the perfect opportunity for students who know how to sail, who want to get out there, to simply go sailing. Students are introduced to more advanced sailing techniques, basic navigation and will work on improving their overall comfort with sailing around Stonington Harbor and Fishers Island Sound. Hartley 12s will be the primary boats for this class. Students may also be introduced to sailing 420s and Sonars as part of the class. 860-535-9362

Cool Skates - DC8 - Balboa Campus
Spin, glide, wiggle and swizzle! Each morning, take a bus from Balboa Campus to the San Diego Ice Skating Rink for a half-hour lesson and two hours of free skating time. Learn to play hockey if it interests you (also open to COV boys age 5-17). In the afternoon, return to camp for more activities, crafts, badge work and fun with friends.
