9th Grade Football Camp - Seattle Preparatory School
The Seattle Prep freshman football coaching staff is hosting a 9-day football camp for all incoming 9th grade students interested in joining our football family. This is a wonderful opportunity for your son to begin cultivating relationships that will last a lifetime, meet the freshman and varsity coaching staffs, and enjoy developing skills and fundamentals of football. The staffs goal is to provide each camper with a fun and exciting two weeks of football and get to know our student-athletes. We will teach all campers the fundamentals and skills that are needed to compete in football safely. Most importantly, we will teach a winning attitude that will enable each camper to become the best individual and team player he can be. This is a contact camp. However, contact is limited with various tempos being used for teaching purposes as we develop our young Panthers. Steel Pan Camp - MacPhail Center for Music - Minneapolis
Whether youve just started learning an instrument or have been playing for years, playing steel pan is fun for everyone! We invite all instrumentalists to come learn to play pan - from percussionists to tuba players, violinists to bassoonists! If youre looking for a new, fun way to play music, youll love learning about this Caribbean instrument from Trinidad and Tobago. Youll have a chance to try out all of the instruments - from the high lead pan all the way down to the deep, low tones of the bass pans. Youll work with your instructor to learn basics of playing steel pan and play in several ensembles with everyone at the camp. Advanced Basketball Camp-girls - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
For rising 6th-8th grade girls Advanced camp is for the serious-minded player who wants to advance to the high school level. This camp will emphasize positional play. Players will work at either the guard or post position. Emphasis for guard will be feeding the post, offensive moves and setting screens.
