A Cappella Ensemble - Wilmington Montessori School
for Wilmington Montessori Students & alumni grade 3 through grade 8 Wednesdays, 3:00-4:00 The art of a cappella is singing without any instruments, but rather, using your voices to make the background instrumental sounds and beats. Bitty Ball Spring Camp Ages 4-6 - Recreation Center at Michelle Obma School of Techn
Specifically designed for your Lil Hoopers, your child ages 4-6 will learn the basics of the game in a fun, learning environment. For the first few weeks, players are given a skills camp experience and fundamentals are taught. Then participants will compete in games/scrimmages, where parents can encourage their child and see their progress. Summer Youth Art Camp: Grade 1 Summer art camp is the perfect retreat for the young artist. A faculty of professional artists and art educators provide hands-on activities that expose students to a variety of artistic styles and art processes. Campers rotate by age group to different studio classes for drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture and mixed media. Daily enrichment activities may include entertainment, movement/dance, presentations and games that explore different cultures and forms of art. Parents are asked to provide a daily lunch, snacks and beverage for their children. A reception and art exhibition is held on the last Friday of camp. Boys and Girls. Looking for something unique and fun to try? Learn and practice the basics of twirling and routines. Try 2-baton, hoop and flag. Each camper receives a certificate and baton-related gift upon completion of camp.
