Afternoon Session! - Creative Collaboration Lab - Main Street School of Performing Arts
Through a series of activities and collaborative sessions, students will work in groups to create original performances limited only by their own imagination. Instructors will guide students to unlock their creative potential. This workshop centers on interdisciplinary arts creation. For example, a cellist might work with a dancer to create an original dance with original music. Summer Camp Girls Empowerment - Skyliner Lodge
There is a potent seed within all of us that receives nourishment when we consciously gather together. The nourishment comes from celebrating the divinity within each pair of eyes that we behold as they reflect our own spirit back to us. This seed eventually matures into the unique way that we embody and radiate beauty during our earth walk. In this transformational week, we will incorporate the sacred elements of nature, mindfulness, and ceremony to provide an opportunity for inner blossoming. We will be accessing the ancient wisdom of our ancestral grandmothers, making plant medicines, dying fabrics, and weaving with natural fibers. We will be accessing the deep and profound stillness that allows us to be fully present and fully ourselves. We will be celebrating life through creating earth art and body paints. All the while, the girls will be inspired by one another in a safe and supportive group setting. SLAM SPORTS AND LEADERSHIP CAMP - Memphis University School
SLAM Sports and Leadership Camp offers students a chance to enjoy competitive play while participating in leadership training. This camp is for students who want an overall physical fitness and multisports camp experience. Each afternoon is divided into three periods, including fitness training and various sports and games. After being taught the rules and basic skills of each game, counselors and supervisors will move out of the spotlight to allow campers to choose and organize their own games. This process gives students a chance to take ownership of their own play and make the decisions necessary for a successful game. Camp instructors will supervise all activities, but campers will be required to resolve conflicts, referee their own games, and motivate one another to engage robustly in each activity. This is not a sport-specific program. Students will be grouped according to age and ability. They may sign up for more than one session. Cost includes camp T-shirt. 901-260-1300

Soccer Mini Camp-3 years old - Golden Lake School
Children will be able to prepare for organized soccer programs through this fun, introductory indoor camp. Summer String Fest I with Laura Norris - The Philadelphia School
This program is designed to be an extension of musical learning for students who currently take private violin or cello lessons. During this camp we will learn new songs, discuss playing technique, learn basic music theory, and play music games. We will end the week with a mini-performance, during which campers can showcase what theyve learned. Students who wish to participate must have completed at least one year of private lesson study on their instrument. Early drop off is available at no additional cost from 8:00am-9:00am.
