Youth Guys Camping Trip - Nashville, IN
We are going to be taking the guys of the youth group on a camping trip to Yellow Wood State Forest campground. If there is a Dad(s) that is wishing to attend please talk to Jason and Josh Brown as soon as possible. We plan to leave the Church at 4:00 PM on May 13th, so please plan to be at the Church at 3:30 PM if possible. The cost for this event is $20/Person which takes care of your food and campsite fees. This event is open to both high school, and middle school guys and the deadline for money and paperwork will be May 1st at 8 PM. We will also be sending out a packing list a little bit later on. You can sign-up either on Facebook or on the sign-up sheet on Sunday night.

Musical Theatre Audition Class - Seattles Littlest Performers
In this short 6 week class students will be able to learn what directors are looking for in the audition process. Students will have group vocal training as well as be given a song to work on for a solo audition, students will learn acting tips, and learn simple choreography. Teachers will be able to give feedback to students, and encourage tips for cold readings 206-473-9580
Girls Field Hockey Camp, Ages 10-14, Licensed - Longmeadow High School
Participants will improve on basic skills and knowledge of the game. The concepts of cooperation and teamwork, along with a chance to have fun, will be the main goals of the week. Participants need their own stick, mouth guard, shin guards and goggle s. Please pack a peanut free bag lunch water bottle and swim gear daily. Group cools off at Reynolds Pool at the end of the camp day. Come join NESS to learn about the fantastic sport of fly fishing. Saltwater fly fishing is used to target a variety of species available depending on the season. Striped bass and bluefish are local all summer, with the occasional transient like banded rudder fish and jack crevalle. Learn saltwater specific fly fishing techniques to fish your local waters. Gain experience in casting, tackle and fly selection, rigging, fish fighting and proper release techniques. This activity demands specific methods and large areas of space so enrollment is limited. Students should bring their own fishing rods and tackle ready for use. Some NESS rods are available and bait will be provided, please call to inquire. Teen Chef Cook OFF! – Ages 12-15 - Goleta Presbyterian Church
Put on your Chefs apron and work in small teams to create salads, entrées, vegetable dishes, and desserts (using healthy and fresh ingredients) of your choosing. Teams will research recipes, go shopping for groceries, learn how to select foods in a grocery store, determine how much their food product costs, and prepare and cook their recipes. To add to the fun, foods produced from each team will be rated with a check-list for taste, healthy ingredients, cost and presentation. Everyone gets to vote!
