Brookwood alum Sarah Freeman will lead the girls in stick handling, teamwork, attacking and defensive footwork activities each morning. Southern Region Teen Leadership Conference - Crossville, TN
The Southern Region 4-H Teen Leadership Conference (SLTRC) is scheduled for September 24-27, 2015, at the Clyde M. York 4-H Center in Crossville. This event is open to senior 4-H members (9-12 grade as of January 1, 2015). SLTRC is an outstanding opportunity to help youth develop leadership skills, citizenship skills and help them find opportunities to put those skills to use in their community. The registration fee for this conference is $180.00 which includes lodging, meals and a t-shirt.
SURGE YOUTH CAMP - Mount Vernon, GA
Grades 7th-12th This camp is an overnight camp at Brewton Parker College. Campers will be in small groups with friends and participate in mission projects and team building activities together throughout the week. Go here to print registration form: http://bit.ly/2575Ofc Total Cost: $165.00 and includes 4 nights, 11 meals, t-shirt, tote bag, a drawing for a Fire Tablet, and other items throughout the week. Fee to be paid in full at time of registration or you may pay an $80.00 nonrefundable deposit, and the rest on July 18th. All campers whose applications are completed (and at least deposit paid) and returned to the DBA office by July 1st will be eligible for a Kindle Fire Drawing and other door prizes.

Too much screen time isnt good for anyone, so part of each day students will explore several types of manipulatives to stimulate their creative minds. NOTE: All students must have their own Log-in and Password for Minecraft on a PC. Go to Minecraft.net for information on how to purchase your membership to set-up your log-in and password.
