This camp will focus on encouraging middle and early high school aged athletes to develop their basketball skills for all level players. Focusing on the fundamentals of ball handling, passing, shooting, agility, positional and competition to nurture the total athlete. Coach Soemer has been coaching youth sports for 21 years. During this time he has coached basketball and soccer at various levels. He has also taught physical education for the past 14 years. Camping with Care
Our experience with Camp Twin Creeks in Marlinton was awesome. When we got there to drop off the kids, we realized that the staff was so diverse in their nationalities that my kids would feel so welcome and fit right in. The staff seemed to be having as good of a time as the kids and my kids walked away with many new friendships. They are already talking about next summer and seeing their friends again. Young Robot Builder - Goleta Presbyterian Church
This camp is an introduction into the world of robotics. Campers will be introduced to six simple machines and how they are incorporated into more complex machines. Campers will learn about circuits and power sources as they build our Mars-like RC Rover. The radio-controlled RC Rover is capable of performing 23 experiments and activities. Campers will also have fun constructing our Aluminum Can Robot and will work in the areas of observation, experimentation and trial and error as they build, race, and experiment with their robots. Campers will be able to take home the robots they build for hours of fun after the camp week has finished! Price includes a lab fee of $45. 805-570-1988
HiTor Boys "Hollywood Glam" Session 1 - Camp Kirby
Hi Tor campers are entering grades 6 and 7 live in "tree" houses on the hill. Our 40 climbing wall is introduced at this age. Other activities include advanced canoeing and funyaking, a campout in the woods, arts and crafts, sport and challenge activities, and outdoor living skills. Staff ratio is 1:8 campers. 3607335710.0

PRINCESS DANCE CAMP - Ben Robertson Community Center
Shine your tiaras, stretch your tiptoes and dust off your tutus. Spend the week learning dances and stories about your favorite Princesses! Crafts will be made each day and our week will end with a Princess Tea Party (with all the dancers dressed as their favorite princess or prince, of course!) and an informal showing of our Princess Dance for friends and family! Princes are welcome too! Materials: A separate fee of $10 is payable to the instructor on the first day of camp for arts & craft materials. Attire: Leotard, tights, and ballet shoes (girls); shorts, T-shirts, and ballet shoes or socks (boys). Bring a princess dress, prince attire, or costume on the last day of camp.
