YOUTH SUMMER DAY CAMP PROGRAM WASHINGTON COUNTY RECREATION DEPARTMENT (Registration opens April 1, 2016) June 20-August 5, 2016. Participate in just one week or all seven. You choose, and only pay for what you register for! 7 Convenient Locations: : Boonsboro, Hancock, Marty Snook Park-Hagerstown, Maugansville, and Williamsport Our day camps are an exciting, safe, and affordable option for summer fun. Our Summer Camps are a place for young people to get outside, get unplugged, and back to the best things in life—friendships, fresh air, discovery, accomplishments, and self-confidence. Washington County Recreation Department Summer Youth Day Camp Program emphasizes respect for others, fun, safety, responsibility, interaction and participation. Our summer campers make friends and feel good knowing they can just be themselves! At our camps, your child is sure to be entertained with planned daily and weekly activities, such as athletics, games, crafts, and team building projects. Occasionally campers may have the opportunity to swim, skate, visit other campsites, trek to the local libraries and creameries, and be visited by special guests. Our qualified staff are annually trained on policy and procedures, fingerprinted/background checked and certified in CPR/First Aid. Campers must pack a lunch daily in a cooler....

Youth Leaders "Thanksgiving" Fellowship and Business Session - Springf
Hosted this month by Camp Barnabas, providing us a FREE lunch at their office location in Springfield! Leaders will have the opportunity to "connect" with other youth leaders in ministry, and to share ideas and resources! Bring printed material on events you would like to promote to share with the group. You will hear about some great opportunities for ministry through this camp for special needs students. This will also be our "elections" business session at 11:15 prior to lunch. All voting members are encouraged to be present. Also, those who want may join the Coordinator to be praying for our campuses, students, and leaders about 30 min. prior to the start.
