Four Elements Kid's Camp - Naples, FL
Children 5 to 12 years are invited to one or both days of our half-day camps. Our activities will reflect each of these four elements, and be predominantly outside, so dress for comfort! We’ll explore air and fire on Thursday, learning about the power of air currents and our biggest fireball, the sun. On Friday, special guest Valerie Flanigan from Driftwood Garden Center will help us make and/or decorate stepping stones for our garden (earth), then we move to the element of water, where we create an ocean in a bottle and play with watercolor magic. We end with Tai Chi by Elena Roubicek! Registration is required and each session is limited to 10 participants so we can give our best to each child. All materials are provided, including a snack. Parents are welcome to attend as well! Register via email: [email protected], or in person at the table on Sundays in front of Youth & Family Ministries. Both camps are presented on a love-offering basis and open to all children.

Donate a NEW coat for the campaign and be entered in a drawing for: 4 chairback seats to the Marshall vs. FIU game on 11/14 & an on-field experience at the game. Beat the heat this summer and enroll your kiddos in our Kid's Camp! Single day or full week registrations available. Ages 7-12. Snacks and all supplies will be provided daily. Your child will also receive an exclusive "Kid's Camp" shirt! Each day, your child will be creating a 16x20 painting, which are displayed on our website. They will be learning about the artist during fun, interactive games and stories. Our campers will be working each day on a self portrait, as well as collaborating on group projects. At the end of the week, we will have an open Art Gallery featuring your child's work! By popular demand, Stanford University Sports Medicine will be opening its doors again to expose its unique methods of medical care for the nations most elite athletes. The programs expert level clinicians will provide hands-on instruction of topics from the very basics of sports medicine care to the integration of cutting edge approaches to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athletic performance. The program includes: Anatomy and Musculoskeletal Injury Emergency Preparedness Injury and Illness Prevention Movement and Performance Located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, see firsthand how advanced technologies positively impact injury recovery and training. Recommended for high school students interested in sports medicine or a career in athletic training. Specifically for those with no experience in Sports Medicine and students who have not taken a sports medicine class.
