Week 2 Day Camper - Rose Lake Youth Camp
Our always popular Day Camp is a favorite for many children ages 4-13. This session runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Wednesday through Friday. The cost includes breakfast, lunch and a snack. This is a great introduction to camp life and activities and focuses on the all-time favorite camp activities of swimming, archery, hiking, songs, kayaking, gaga pit, bouldering wall, crafts, and games. Depending on the age and abilities of our youngest day campers, some activities may be adjusted or modified to be age appropriate. Day Camp has an optional Thursday overnight, allowing children to get a taste of resident camp. The Thursday Overnight includes dinner and an evening snack. Children will enjoy campfires and special events and games not offered during the normal Day Camp day. If you would like your child to participate, please indicate this option on the camp registration and there is no additional fee for the Thursday Overnight program. The minimum age for the overnight is 7 years of age. In addition, for an additional $15 families who need extended Day Camp care can sign children up for this option which runs 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Extended care includes breakfast. 231 768 4351

(copy) LEGO® Stop Motion - The Digital Arts Experience
This class is a crash course into the exciting world of stop motion! Students will discover how stop motion animations such as Wallace & Gromit and The Nightmare Before Christmas are created and explore the software, technology and theory behind them! Spacing, timing, acceleration of motion, project planning and execution will all be covered throughout the program, and use LEGO® to put each into practice. Every single class is hands-on and by the time the program is complete each student will leave with their own original stop motion animation! Olympics - Summit Schools
Go for the gold as you spend the week as an Olympian. Well learn about sportsmanship, train as a team, and learn the history of these great games. Come see what the fun is all about! *This class is designed to help with kindergarten readiness. These themed camps offer a fun, engaging learning environment as we work toward kindergarten readiness through different weekly topics. *3, 4, and 5 year olds are encouraged to join our morning preschool camps, where we work on a variety of social and academic skills. *Please note: Students who are registered for a morning and afternoon camp within the same week are invited to stay for FREE supervised lunch and recess between 11:30 am-12:30 pm. Students should bring a sack lunch that does not require heating or cooling. Lego Space Engineer - Hamilton Mill United Methodist
COURSE This camp is a combination of LEGO® robotics and rocketry. Campers will design and build structures and space vehicles for living on far away planets. Space Engineer includes instruction on the Earth, Moon, stars, and planets as well as the scientific topics of force, friction, simple machines, and gravity.
