Exciting Activities For Girls
This camp for girls is an excellent way to get your daughter out into nature in order to enjoy so many fun activities. My daughter went horseback riding, swimming, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and did arts and crafts and learned a lot about musical theater. She had such a great time. The cabins were nice, the staff is excellent, and she took away so much from her experience there. She can’t wait to go back next summer.... Read More...

YOUTH RUNNER ELITE MIDDLE SCHOOL DISTANCE CAMP 2016 - LEWIS AND CLARK COLLEGE
YOUTH RUNNER ELITE MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP If youre looking for a great experience that will give you a boost going into your Cross Country season this fall then the Youth Runner Elite Camp may be for you. Youre going to have fun, make new friendships, and maybe even meet your competitors. Youll also get some one on one advice from experienced coaches and athletes. Every day a Guest Olympian or an Elite Athlete will stop by to tell you their story and answer your questions. Youll leave with a plan and access to your camp coach through emails and phone calls until the end of cross country season. You can even bring your coach back home into the conversation. Whats Different? We love the camps with 200 runners sleeping in tents and getting crazy. Thats not this camp though. Youll be at Lewis and Clark College voted 2 nd nicest campus in the U.S. It has miles of running trails connected to the campus, a swimming pool, game room, and everything we need for camp. Rush (Tiny Level 1) - Power House Athletics
The Rush (USASF Levels 1 ) are our Tiny team, consisting of minature athletes ages 6 and younger. This team gives the little ones a chance to get out in front of a crowd and perform their routine. Skills focused on are basic but incorporate the full spectrum of competitive cheerleading. We may not be the most exciting team to watch but definately the cutest. You know "Hop on Pop", "Green Eggs and Ham", and "The Cat in the Hat" but do you know "The Sneetches", "Yertle the Turtle" or "Daisy-Head Mayzie"? This camp will dive into the extraordinary world of Dr. Seuss. Using both well-loved and little known stories by Dr. Seuss imaginations will be going wild. Daily books, crafts, dramatic play, and learning activities (rhyming, comprehension, recall) will be part of the experience that is Dr. Seuss. There will be no class on Friday, July 3rd. This camp offers a first look at lacrosse for players who want to learn more or who have only basic knowledge of the sport.
