Summer Kids/Teen CrossFit Camp - Gig Harbor, WA
Join us for the kick off to our Summer Kids/Teen CrossFit Camp. We will be doing baseline measurements to test speed, explosiveness, and strength. Then re test every 5 weeks. A makeup test will be performed on Tuesday, Maybe 21st at 4:30pm. Your child should arrive on time, with proper attire and footwear. Flat bottom shoes are preferred for lifting. They should be well hydrated and have eaten. They should also bring a water bottle. We have water to fill their bottles, but will not provide cups. We will go the full hour each day. We will split out time between inside and outside, so sunscreen may be needed. Parents and driving teens, please drive careful when coming up Foster, especially across the Cushman trail cross walk. Also, be aware of clients from classes before and after the camp coming and going. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and across the street in the grassy field.
Kids' Fitness and Baseball Development Camp - Emeryville, CA
During our week long fitness and baseball camp, we are going to focus on baseball development, speedwork and other fitness fundamentals. We will be working in small groups and going into a lot of detail to really develop and improve the kids' techniques and playing ability. Each body conditioning segment will be dedicated to the improvement of sprint skills, techniques, and the development of power needed to run faster. Camp will be from July 11 - July 15, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Daily, for kids age 9-12. NOTE: You must buy your tickets on Eventbrite to register!!

Wrestling (Mondays Only) - Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy
Beginners and experienced wrestlers alike will be challenged at this camp. This technique camp will provide instruction on stance, level changing, circling, shooting and sprawling. High school students attending the camp will work on leg riding offense and defense, throws and throw defense, rolls, advance shot defense, scoring from an offensive position, and mental toughness. This camp will run Mondays only. Please note our new cancellation policy. A 50% fee of the cost of the camp shall be applied to an individual who cancels. What to wear/bring: Athletic attire, wrestling shoes (highly recommended), socks, towel, water bottle and lunch/snack. Headgear, mouth guard, knee pads, etc., are optional. 248-373-5300
Outdoor Literacy & Hiking - Palm Harbor Montessori Academy
Hone your outdoor skills at local area parks. While on their daytime hikes, campers will learn to read a map, orient with a compass, practice wilderness survival skills, build a fire and more. There will be at least two field trips to area parks. Details will be shared on the first day of camp. All materials will be included for this camp. Age Range: 8 to 12 Description: All Clay, all the time! In this class, students will learn the art of ceramics by building, sculpting, and creating on the pottery wheel. We will experiment with various tools and glazes as students express themselves through creativity and color in this fun and functional 3D art form.
