ELITE LAX CAMP - JUNE 1 - 4 2015 REGISTER EARLY : All registrations received by February 28th will automatically be enterred into a drawing for a Hopkins Helmet. The winner will be announced at camp. The prize will be awarded the first day of camp. High School Session: TBD daily. High School session will be run as collegiate practice sessions with intense, position specific instruction. Participants must be in grades 9 to 12 as of the 2015-2016 school year. Middle School Session: TBD daily. M.S. session is for participants 6th to 8th grade as of the 2015 - 2016 school year. Kid's Fit Camp A three week kids fitness program for kids ages 6 - 13. Sign your children up for this fun and educational fitness program. They will engage in physical activity while learning all about fitness and the importance of nutrition. Skyhawks Multisport Camp - Park - Peers (PP)
Skyhawks Multi Sport Camp Our multi-sport camp is designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports in one setting. For this program, we combine soccer, baseball and basketball into on fun-filled week. Athletes will learn the rules and essentials of each sport through skill-based games and scrimmages. By the end of the week you child will walk away with knowledge of multiple sports along with vital life lessons such as respect, teamwork, and self-discipline. All participants receive a t-shirt, water bottle and merit award. The participant-to-coach ratio is 12:1. Participants should bring appropriate clothing, a lunch and snack, water, running shoes, a baseball glove and sunscreen. Campers will make frescoes; design, build and test parachutes; attempt to walk on water and recreate many more of DaVincis clever contraptions. Junior Winds Camp 7/25-7/29 - New Jersey Youth Symphony
This camp will focus on fundamentals and strengthening the skills of young wind and brass players as well as performance. Students will work on two instruments their "major" instrument that they have been playing, and a "minor" wind or brass instrument of their choosing. Secondary instruments will be provided. The day will start with sectionals and technical fundamentals, after a snack and time playing musical Jeopardy and other games, campers will wrap up playing in the full ensemble. Six months playing experience required. Some 4th graders may be eligible to enroll with director approval. This camp takes place at 570 Central Avenue in New Providence.
