5 days of basketball skills training, conditioning and strength training. During these 5 days the participant will go through various skills training exercises and drills to enhance their ability to play. The participant will train endurance by completing multiple basketball movement drills. Strength will be trained through multiple cardio heavy weight light weight compound movements and plyometric. Things like balance and stability will also be trained within the 5 day period. This camp is designed to maximize a volleyball players potential in all aspects of the game. This camp is geared for high school players of all levels. From the elite player to players with minimal experience, we will have a curriculum designed to improve your level of play. The PGA Junior Golf Camps Competitive Edge Golfer programs offer serious game improvement for the serious junior golfer. Offered at select locations, the Competitive Edge camps are taught by some of the countrys leading and most successful junior golf instructors, many of whom are former top junior golfers themselves. The camps concentrate on instruction which will take a campers game to the next level, with the emphasis on mental conditioning, course management, and the short game. By utilizing tournament-like conditions, campers are taught and tested on those skills identified as being mandatory to successfully compete at even the highest competitive junior golf levels. Teen Adventures Summer Day Camp will be held at Commissioners Park, located at 22108 S. 80th Avenue in Frankfort, along with the use of Chelsea Middle School, which is located next to Commissioners Park. Drop off and pick up will take place at Chelsea Middle School, located at 22265S. 80 th Ave. The camp will run from 9 ? 4pm, Monday thru Friday, with a before and after care option. Bring a bag pack, lunch and water bottle each day. Lunch may be included on certain field trip days. Campers will discover how the birds, mammals, bugs, and crawfish of Bluff Lake interact with its water sources through hands-on activities, animal encounters, and expert presentations. Campers will have the chance to measure, draw, observe, and play with water as they perform water quality testing, sail boats and build their own dams. Prepare to get wet, meet some aquatic creatures, and have a blast! All campers will learn from science experts, play learning games, make projects, meet new friends, cool off in Sand Creek and have supervised exploration time.
