Wearable technology is becoming more and more popular everyday, especially when devices such as fit bits and apple watches exist. However, what if we were to incorporate technology into fashion? In this class, students will learn to invent and create a functional wearable garment, such as a shirt that lights up when reacting to sound, light, or temperature. Students will combine technology & fashion to create great looking, interactive wearables. This class will incorporate sewing, electronics, and fundamental programming. Elementary Robotics Repeat Session - UWF Main Campus
Explore robotics during this week-long camp designed for incoming 1st and 2nd graders. Campers will use LEGO WeDo technology to build mechanisms, learn correct troubleshooting procedures, and witness their hand-built creations come to life! Elementary Robotics will challenge campers with various engineering problems and develop their potential. By the end of the week, campers will be able to explain parts of the design process, have a better understanding of multi-step directions, and be more excited about robotics. 8504737468.0

Cubs Golf Morning Session - Brigham Young University
This summer your kids can train at East Bay Reserve Golf Course with BYU mens golf head coach Bruce Brockbank and receive instruction in the fundamentals of golf. Participants will receive instruction in short irons, long irons, woods, chipping and putting. Theyll also learn the basic fundamentals of correct grip, posture and alignment. This is your childs opportunity to train with some of the best golfers in the state including Coach Bruce Brockbank, members of his BYU golf team and East Bay Reserve staff. These coaches will spend personal time with each youth, teaching the fundamentals of golf. Additional training will include rules, etiquette, mental attitude, and conditioning. The camp is limited to 45 youth per session, so individual and small-group instruction and feedback are essential elements of the program. It will be up to them to create a new nation and flag to compete in this weeks Olympic Games. Throughout the week they will compete against each other to take home the gold. Our field trip will be to the St. Clair bowling alley.
