Get geared up and ready to travel this summer! Each day, camp will field trip to various places throughout the suburbs such as to museums, parks, swimming pools, baseball games and more. During this general interest camp, campers will participate in a wide range of activities from bowling and roller skating to kick ball and candy making. Campers must bring a sack lunch each day. Kid Fit Boot Camp Ages 4-7 - Chandler, AZ
Teen Lifeskills Camp - Pensacola, FL
The goal of the Teen Life Skills Camp is to prepare the youth for adulthood by teaching and building upon their life skills. They will spend two days in a warm and nurturing environment learning principles of manhood, woman hood, interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills, team work, collaboration and culture competence. This event will start off at Deliverance Tabernacle Christian Center and then the learning environment will shift to Oak Grove Park on Naval Air Station Pensacola. During the course of the 3 day, 2 night camp, they will be apart of discussions: (the young men)the role and purpose of a man, leadership, teach them how to tie a neck tie and they will receive a tie. For the young ladies they will participate in a body image workshop that will include self image, hygiene and self respect. For more information and registration, please see the attached flyer.
S.P.A.R.K. Summer Camp Production - Memphis, TN
S.P.A.R.K Summer Camp and Memphis Black Arts Alliance pull out all of the stops with the amazing tale of Patriarch Jacob who lived happily with his dozen sons, but whose favoritism for bright Joseph, symbolized by the gift of a spectacular multi-colored coat, makes his brothers so jealous they end up selling him as a slave and staging his death. Joseph rises in the service of wealthy Potifar, whose adulterous wife falsely accuses him, and he is incarcerated. His gift of dream-telling however wins him Pharoah's favor. When his brothers come to beg for food, it's time for reckoning and nobility. Features a 50+ all African-American cast ranging from 7 to 77!!
Kid's Fishing Derby Weekend - Dover, PA
Our annual Kid's Fishing Derby will be on Saturday. We are always looking for great volunteers to help during the derby along with donations. If you have any donations, please drop them off at the Rec Center or Office. We truly appreciate it and so do the kids.

Blankenship Elite 2014 Soccer Camps provides an incredible opportunity for players from all levels to learn, develop, compete and succeed. The B Elite Soccer Camps will be among the best in the nation this summer as Coach Blankenship has carefully selected his staff so that every level and type of player is properly identified and developed. Victory Park Camp Group C 5th week Jul 11 - Jul 15 - City of Pasadena
This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.Join one of Pasadenas most popular summer camps! Victory Park Camp has earned its longstanding reputation as a high-quality, fun, affordable, enriching program. Each day begins with a morning pep rally that sets the stage for an action-packed day. Activities include outdoor play, dance, arts and crafts, including painting, sculpting, lanyard making and chalk drawings, fitness activities and enrichment. Enrichment classes include health, hygiene and first aid instruction, cooking classes, computer and robotics play and specialized sports instruction in tennis and golf. Campers spend at least two hours daily doing physical fitness in the form of choreographed dance, group games, fitness competitions, team sports and supervised free play. Campers are escorted across the park to Pasadena High Schools swimming pool for recreational swim two times per week. Camp counselors go into the water with the campers and well-trained, certified lifeguards are always present. Before entering the pool, campers receive a water safety lesson.
