BOYS - 2nd - 4th Grade - Ignition Training Session - Bishop Kelley HS & Boise Valley Adventist School
May 2-24 -- 2 practices per week Mondays: 6:00 to 7:30 @ Bishop Kelly High School ​Tuesdays: 6:00 to 7:30 @ Boise Valley Adventist School Scrimmages: Tuesdays, May 10, 17, & 24 7:30 to 8:30 @ Boise Valley Adventist School -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Ignition program is designed specifically for experienced basketball players in 2nd through 7th grades who are serious about putting in the hard work necessary to take their basketball game to the next level. This training program equips athletes with the fundamental skills they need to be ready for the competitive performance basketball arena. Focus is placed heavily on ball handling, personal offensive moves, shooting, defense, and conditioning. Athletes will also participate in Ignition scrimmages to put their skills to the test and highlight their improvement. ​A big part of competitive basketball preparation is developing the character qualities necessary to handle pressure and persevere. Our coaches are committed to growing each athletes character along with their athletic ability. Junior Summer Sports Camp - The Club at Savannah Harbor
Come and have some fun at our Junior Golf and Sports camps this summer! The 5-day camp includes a healthy snack & beverages, prizes and awards. All juniors will also receive a Free Savannah Harbor golf hat! The golf days are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday the kids will learn tennis and go over to the Westin hotel for fun activities such as swimming, live crab races and arts & crafts. Great Outdoors - EcoAdventures
Great Outdoors June 27th-July 1st 9am – 4pm (Ages 5 – 11) Monday – Friday Its back to nature in this camp and we mean literally! If it has to do with nature and the great outdoors we are all over it! These days kids seem to be losing touch with nature, so in this camp we are going to bring them back to the wild side. Kids will leave civilization behind as we head out into the great unknown to learn all about nature and surviving the outdoors. Campers will get the ins and outs of navigating trails, compass use, telling time by the sun, identify animal tracks, interact daily with animals, make fossils, build a drift shelter, survival skills, make Native American crafts, outdoor cooking (more than just smores) and so much more. By the end of camp you might not get your kid to come back into the house! Pint sized survivalist fun is on order for this camp on the Wild Side! How did some of the worlds greatest artists make it big? Many famous artists started out by learning the basics and then broke all of the rules! Often, they were the rebels of the art world, trying new and innovative ways of doing things. This week, we will follow in their footsteps by experimenting with the styles of several different artists and adding your own special twist.
