Summer break is an opportunity to unwind and recharge as we unplug from the busy demands of the school year. Join us this summer for a Kids Kundalini Yoga Camp, an opportunity to experience the foundations of Kundalini Yoga and explore a practice of self-awareness. Through yoga, meditation, dance, stories, and hands-on activities we will journey through the bliss and playfulness of Kundalini yoga. Through this practice children can gain improved focus, a boost in confidence and Self-awareness, and build the foundation of their identity. Ready, set, soar! The key to excelling in all sports is speed and/or endurance and proper form. With the coachs guidance, you will set personal goals and strive each day to reach them along with participating in fun runs and relays with other campers. Fitness games, group games, and more fun activities will be incorporated in the daily schedule.
