Establishing a fun, exciting, and encouraging atmosphere where your child can improve his or her fitness and self-esteem is the key focus of the KidFit Program. The camp is specially designed to give children opportunities to improve their agility, strength and endurance in a relaxed/fun environment.
Kid's do Strollfit - Norman, OK
Second annual kids do Strollfit class. All kids are welcome to bring their baby stroller, lawn mower, anything they can push and they will do their own Strollfit class. Prizes will be given for best decorated vehicle/push item. I will assign older kids an exercise to teach to the other kids (generally 4 and up). Moms, please help them and practice with them. If you have a younger one that would like to teach, let me know and I will add them. Don't want to exclude any who wants to teach!! Be sure you bring your camera. This is the cutest class of they year!! Let's help provide kids with the opportunity to experience the magic of the Hodag while building memories they will carry throughout their lifetime! Everyone is welcome... So bring your friends! P.S.
