Keeping the Music Going
We worked hard to get our son interested in music and didn't want him to give up. That's why the idea of a fiddle camp was such a hoot! Not only did he get to practice his flute throughout the summer but he also picked up a few other instruments. Happy to report he is signing up for band! This is going to be a life-impacting week! COST: $135 per youth and extra money for gas and food for the drive. Snow Camp - Stevens Pass, WA
Join us for Spring Break this year. Last year this trip cancelled do to no snow, we have no excuse this year not to get out and explore in the snow!!!! We will stay at a cabin near Stevens Pass, WA. During the day we will fill our time with snow related activities including: Snow Shoeing, XC Skiing, Sledding, Basic Mountaineering skills and Snow Play. Will provide the great, healthy meals that you have come to expect from Blue Compass Camps and the social interactions with your childs peers that have lead to many long-term friendships. Snow Camp will be a fun, safe and activity filled 5days, while they are out of school for the Mid-Winter Break. 971-221-6441

Continue to develop your leadership skills, spending half your time working directly with campers. Youll plan and lead some programs of your own design as you help make the camp magic happen. Get experience in supervision, group management and program planning. Gain insight into the responsibilities of managing the camp community while you work toward your CIT 2 Award. Animals within a food chain have some important adaptations for hunting and survival. Learn about top predators like orcas, sharks, giant squid, and osprey and find out some incredible strategies the prey of these predators utilize to avoid detection. CIT GMC 1 - Judson Baptist Retreat Center
A JBRC Camp Counselor-In-Training must be a Christian; pleasant toward campers, counselors, and fellow workers. Must be willing to work hard and go the extra mile. Must have a servants heart!. A CIT will be assigned to a JBRC Staffer and will undergird her work. She will not be allowed to have the full responsibility of the cabin, but will observe, learn and help keep the cabin running smoothly. She will also be required to be at CIT training meetings as well as work in the concession stand and camp kitchen. 225-634-7225
