This is a 8-session program (2 days per week for 4 weeks) which will focus on basketball fundamentals and shooting development with emphasis on ball handling and shooting. Session One - Beals Point Beach State Park
The Folsom Lake SRA Junior Lifeguard Program trains children ages 8-16 years of age in aquatic safety, while providing them with an interactive and well rounded outdoor education. Each participant is given instruction and hands on training in CPR/1st Aid and Aquatic Rescue techniques/equipment. Educational trips include a river-rafting trip, bicycle tour of the American River bike trail, and ocean orientation during the Santa Cruz camping trip. **Please keep in mind that one uniform T-shirt and a JG rashguard are included in the tuition price. If you wish to purchase more uniform items, you may do so on this same registration site.
