Did you know that your favorite sweet treats are the product of an interesting array of chemical reactions? Tie on your apron! Its time to bake some sweet treats as we have fun learning about the science of baking and kitchen safety. Participants in this session will learn the science behind baking the perfect cookie as well as the proper way to measure and mix ingredients, kitchen safety, baking techniques, and how to overcome baking challenges as we make a different type of cookie each day (including at least one gluten free option). Ms. Suzanne Russell earned her M.S. in Library Science from Indiana University. She is the subject area librarian for Brebeufs Religious Studies and Science departments. We’re debuting 5 mini-camp sessions designed specifically for the “older kiddos!” These camps focus on fun and skill building over 3 consecutive afternoons of concentrated creation – allowing time for larger projects and deeper investigation of themes hand picked from customer recommendations! These camps run from 1-4 in the afternoon and are designed for students in 5th grade and up. Early bird registration rates are $75 for 1 mini camp, $100 after May 15. July 19-21: PROJECT RUNWAY – Make it work! Spend 3 days exploring fashion design and create your own jewelry and sewn accessories!

Elite College ID Camp Male - University of Tulsa
The Elite ID camp is a specialized technical course designed for the player to achieve their maximum potential and gain familiarity with the University of Tulsa soccer program and school. This camp is ideal for the player who is interested in playing at The University of Tulsa. Sessions held during this camp will be led by University of Tulsa Mens coaching staff. They will include technical and tactical training sessions rooted in the Tulsa training philosophy, small sided and full sided games and a brief video analysis session. In addition we will have separate training sessions for goalkeepers and we will provide insight to some of the off field aspects of our athletic program and educational strengths of our university. Campers are responsible for their own meals, lodging, transportation and supervision. All sessions will be held at the University of Tulsa. There are several housing and dining options around campus. Additionally, MNSS has arrangements with a host hotel group rate and potential shuttles to/from hotel. More information is on our website camp information page. TAM Aviation Easts Spring Break program mission is to encourage youth involvement in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math; and how it ties into the field of aviation. This program will go over aircraft systems, basic aerodynamics, communication procedures, flight instruments and a Discovery Flight. This program will also take field trips to the airport, museums and air shows. A $35.00 fee will be due to the instructor on the first day of class for books and equipment. Pre-register for a 2:15pm audition time for Peninsula Youth Theatres CENTERSTAGE production of "SEUSSICAL." Registration guarantees you a spot in the 2:15pm audition group. You must be age 8-18 or have prior executive director approval. Children must be 8 by 3/17/16 to participate. PLEASE NOTE: TO KEEP YOUR SPOT you must arrive by 1:45pm with your paperwork completed for check in and measurements. If you have not arrived by 2:00pm your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list and you will be moved to the next available audition slot. We cannot guarantee that that will be the next audition group. In this camp we will dive into what makes these instantly recognizable flowers so amazing, and unlock some secrets they may hold in their heads. Through careful observation and sunny inspiration we will complete several sunflower themed projects using mixed media.
