This 68 year old camp is designed for children from 2nd grade to 11th grade. The camp has a strong Jewish heritage which influences the activities they offer. My 12 year old son enjoys the friendly staff and the fun activities. He has grown in confidence while discovering who he is in relation to the community at large. Physical Programming w/ Processing (AM) - The Digital Arts Experience
Come for 1 or 2 weeks! All students will receive their own DAE 8GB flash drive to store their work on and take home. Previous knowledge of the basics of computer science or a programming language are recommended. This course will explore taking programming off of the computer screen. An Arduino Microcontroller will be used together with Processing code to create interactive programs. These programs will have visual components from Processing and physical components from the Arduino such as buttons, light switches, LEDs, motors and more. 9146448100.0

Follow clues to find the wildlife suspect of each day. Use microscopes, document cameras, and magnifying glasses as you journey to the NESS aquariums, tide pools, the shoreline, and into the Harbor on a boat. Freshwater and Gators - Where Theres a Baby, Theres a Mama; 4/27/16 - Sundial
Freshwater can be the limiting factor for land animals and plants living on a barrier island. Sanibel is blessed with a natural supply of surface fresh water. We learn about Sanibels freshwater habitats and how they affect the local flora and fauna. In addition, we study one of the wetlands most notorious inhabitants, the American Alligator. Join us as we learn more about this alluring and awe-inspiring creature, and debunk myths about its killer instincts. (239) 472-8585
